I want to exchange my order to a different bag after it’s been shipped, is that possible?

Yes, exchanges are allowed but the buyer will have to pay the deficiency. For items that cost less than the amount paid, the extra will not be refunded. Additional shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
