Where do you manufacture your products?
The bags are hand- made in the Philippines by experienced bag makers from Marikina and Rizal Areas.

What is waxed canvas?
Waxed canvas is a coated cotton canvas which makes the material water resistant and more durable. This technique originated in Scotland which was used for ship sails.

How different is waxed canvas from regular canvas?
Waxed canvas will have lines, creases, scratches creating a more organic and rugged character to the fabric at the same time making it water resistant.


How much do I have to pay for shipping and delivery?
Shipping fee is inclusive for areas within Metro Manila. An additional payment of Php 50.00 is required for other areas within the Philippines.

Do you ship to areas outside of the Philippines?
Yes! Please send an email to with your shipping address and we will coordinate with you regarding your shipping fee.

How long will it take for order to arrive?
It takes 2-3 working days for areas within Metro Manila 5-7 working days for other areas within the Philippines. For international orders, 6-7 working days.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your item and check out your cart. You then fill out the form with your details. You will then receive an email confirmation once payment has been made regarding your order status as well as how many days it will take to ship. How do I pay for my order?
We have payment options, through bank deposit (BDO/BPI) or through Paypal.

How do I cancel an order?
Your order will be automatically cancelled if you’re unable to pay within 5 days after placing an order.

How will I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an email on how to proceed after placing an order. Once we receive payment, our staff will be emailing you a tracking number. Please be advised that we do not process orders during Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.

If you ordered your item passed 15:00 (Philippine time), this will be processed on the next working day.

Yes, exchanges are allowed but the buyer will have to pay the deficiency. For items that cost less than the amount paid, the extra will not be refunded. Additional shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

The product warranty lasts for 1 year after the date of purchase.
